based therapeutic techniques to assist you in exploring, understanding, managing, and coping
with challenging experiences, emotions, and various life transitions.
We use a holistic range of evidence-based modalities, including Neuro-Associative Conditioning
(NAC), Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Psychodynamics, Attachment Styles, Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Each approach is
customized to suit your specific circumstances.

We ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less notice or do not show up,
you may incur a fee equal to the full session rate. We understand that life can be unpredictable,
so we value open communication, which fosters a culture of respect and helps prevent
misunderstandings.
We prioritize confidentiality and take several measures to protect your privacy. All information
shared during therapy sessions is kept strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance
with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We use a secure online platform to ensure that your
information is protected. We do not disclose any details about your treatment without your
explicit consent, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. We are trained to handle sensitive information with care, fostering a safe environment for open
communication.
