What sets me apart?

What sets me apart is my ability to integrate a wide range of evidence-based practices into my therapeutic approach. I draw from several modalities, including Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC), Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Psychodynamics, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and EMDR. This eclectic approach allows me to effectively address specific challenges, such as overcoming anxiety, managing negative triggers, and improving relationships.

With years of experience in mental health, I work with clients facing anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, ADHD, burnout, trauma, stress, and domestic violence. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a culturally sensitive, empathetic environment that honors each client’s unique lived experiences and beliefs. My goal is to empower you by providing the tools to tap into deeper layers of yourself at every stage of your journey. Together, we will work on overcoming anxiety, eliminating triggers, improving relationships, and healing from past wounds.

Using a holistic approach, I create a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey, holding a space of trust and compassion. Together, we can build a meaningful therapeutic relationship that supports your growth.
